You can create a match using both the Abler app and the web platform. There are two recommended ways to set up a match, depending on your match day squad preparation.1. Creating a Match with a Ready Sub-Group
If you have already set up your match day squad sub-group and put in the correct players, you can simply attach the sub-group when creating the match. This ensures that all selected players and guardians get the match in their app and will be notified.
In app
1. Go to groups, select staff and the group.
2. Click on schedule and the three dots in the upper right corner
In computer
1. Log into Abler at www.abler.io
2. Click events and select create and create a match
2. Creating a Match Without a Ready Sub-Group
If you haven’t finalised your match day squad yet, you can create the match without attaching the sub-group. Once you have decided which players to include, you can attach the match day squad sub-group later.
✅ This is a common approach, as it ensures the match is already visible in the coach’s schedule while finalising the squad.
