If a customer is on a split payment or instalment plan, you as an admin have the option to change the charging date — the date when the customer’s card will be charged automatically.


This can be useful if a customer requests to be charged on a different day than originally scheduled.


To change the charging date:

  1. Go to the customer’s invoice.

  2. Select the scheduled payment you want to reschedule.

  3. Click Reschedule 

  4. Choose the new date and save your changes.

Note: Changing the charging date does not affect the total amount due — it only adjusts when the payment will be processed.
