The Service Reports page gives you a breakdown of services that had active registrations during a selected time period. It shows invoice totals, payments received, and manual discounts applied to each product and/or registrant.
Why This Feature Is Useful
Service Reports are especially useful when you want to:
Analyse financial activity for a specific division (e.g., Development Center, Holiday Camps).
Focus on a specific service or membership product you're offering.
See what has been invoiced, paid, cancelled or discounted per participant or product.
Drill down to individual member data within each service.
Export financial data for bookkeeping, reporting, or reconciliation.
Use Advanced Search to filter results by groups, services, payment types, and more.
Save and reuse your filter combinations with the Save preset function.
Key Behavior: What the Period Filter Includes
When you select a date range under Period, the report includes all services that were active at any point within that period — even if they started before or ended after the selected dates. This ensures you're seeing all relevant financial activity tied to that timeframe.
How to Use the Report
Choose a date range using the “Period” fields.
Select a division, such as “Development Center.”
Optionally, narrow your results by product type, group, or service.
Enable the Advanced checkbox for additional filtering options.
Click Submit to generate the report.
Use Download invoices to export the data, or click Save preset to reuse the same filter set later.
What the Columns Show
Total amount – The full amount invoiced for the service.
Paid amount – The amount that has been paid so far by the registrant.
This includes card payments, manual discounts, cancellations, and other adjustments.
These payment types are broken down into separate rows or categories where applicable.
Discount manual – Manual discounts applied directly to the invoice (e.g., sibling or staff discounts).
Understanding the Layout
The data is grouped in the format: Division → Service → Product → Registrant
Rows can be expanded or collapsed for more detail or higher-level summaries.
Totals are shown at each level (e.g., for product, service, or division).
Green values indicate confirmed or pending transfers to the club’s bank account.
Blue services have active options or sessions currently running.
