The Programme tab is intended for administrators to manage all programmes within the club or selected division. From this tab, admins can view available programmes, see who is registered for each programme, create new programmes, edit existing programmes, and clone programmes.

Programs are any type of club offerings you want to promote on your club web shop. 

  • To view your existing programs in the web shop, go to the Programs page of your Club or Division and Click Preview

  • To add a new program, go to the Programs page of your Division and Click Create Programme.



Program categories

Programs can be categorized into 5 different categories.

  • Training Fee

  • Membership Fee

  • Courses / Classes

  • Tournament Fee

  • Other

Using the categories will help track the sources of your revenue but will also act as a filtering option for your customers in the web shop.


Purchase options

A Program needs to have at least one purchase option. A purchase option is the item your customer will purchase. Depending on the type of option, it defines the option price, the option duration, the option availability in shop (registration period) and if there is a limitation on available spots.

In many cases a program will only have one purchase option but adding more is useful when you have different variations of your offerings to choose from or when customers can enrol to more than one option of the same program.

An example of a program with multiple options could be a summer camp for children, offering parents to purchase individual days instead of the whole course. In this case one purchase option is created for each day of the week.

Note: To be able to set a price for purchase options, payments (Link to Activating payments) need to be enabled.

Option types can be split into Programs and Subscriptions

  • Scheduled programs have fixed start and end dates and a fixed price. Use scheduled programs when you are offering terms, camps, courses, trials or tryouts.

  • Recurring subscription start on the day of purchase and can renew monthly. Renews until cancelled.

  • One-Off subscription Valid for set duration. 




Shop availability is configured on each option and will control the visibility of an option in the web shop i.e. when registration is open. 

You can customize the exact dates and time of the registration period by toggling the Customise shop availability. 

Other program settings

Not all settings are required, but configuring your programme settings will make it easier for members to find the right programme in SHOP and reduce the risk of registering for an unsuitable programme.


  • Programme image: We recommend adding an image to your programme. This helps your programme stand out and makes your SHOP look more appealing.
  • Name: Choose a short descriptive name for your programme. This will be the name shown in SHOP.
  • Description: Add a description of the programme. You can format the text and include images.
  • Venue(s): Choose where the programme will take place.
  • Status / Visibility: Programmes can be public or unlisted. Public programmes are visible in SHOP, while unlisted programmes can only be accessed through a direct link.
  • Category: Select a category to help members find the programme more easily.
  • Gender: Set the correct gender configuration for your programme.
  • Age restriction: Set a birth year range to help members find suitable programmes.
  • Programme registration capacity: Set the maximum number of members allowed to register.
  • Pin to top in club shop: Pins the programme to the top of the programme list in SHOP.
  • Remove Member from Group when subscription expires: Automatically removes members from the connected group when their subscription expires.
  • Disable care and safety collection: Disables collection of care and safety information during sign-up.
  • Service Fee (%): Enable a service fee for instalments.
  • Survey: Select/Make a survey to collect additional information during sign-up.
  • Welcome email: Select/Make an email template to send automatically after registration.
