Below are several key tips to help you navigate Abler and make the most of its features:
- Mark Attendance – Easily track participation and confirm attendance for events or classes.
- Send Messages – Communicate directly with coaches or other guardians through the in-app chat.
- Book a Class – Find and reserve a class with just a few taps.
- Find an Unpaid Invoice – Locate outstanding payments and stay on top of your billing.
- Make a Purchase – Buy memberships, classes, or other items directly within the app.
- Add a Guardian to Your Child’s Account – Ensure family members have access to important updates.
- Update Card Information – Change or update your payment method for seamless transactions.
- Cancel a Recurring Subscription – Manage your subscriptions and stop automatic renewals when needed.
Mark attendance
1. To mark attendance click Respond on your home screen
2. Select whether you/children are Going or Not going
Send messages
1. Click Chat on your home screen
2. Then click the new chat icon on the bottom of your screen
3. Type your message and click the send icon
Book a class
1. Click Book a class on your home screen - Note that you need to have an active subscription for the button to appear.
2. Then click the Book after you have found Class you want to attend.
Find unpaid invoice
1. Click on your Account on your home screen
2. Then click Invoices in your Account
3. Select the Invoice you want to pay and proceed to the payment process.
Make a purchase
1. Click on your Account on your home screen
2. Then click Marketplace in your Account
3. Select the Service you want to purchase/register
4. Choose the one you are registering.
5. Click Register to proceed to payment process.
Add a Guardian to Your Child’s Account
1. In you Account click View profile
2. Swipe to the bottom of your Profile
3. Click Add and connect guardian via email or phone
Change my credit/debit card information
1. Click Marketplace in your Account
2. Click on your profile photo in top right corner and select Registrations
3 Select Change card to update card information - Click here for more details
Cancel a recurring subscription
1. Click Subscriptions in your Account
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel (*note that not all subscriptions can be cancelled)
