If the payment deadline has passed for an event, but a member still needs to pay—whether they attended without paying or now wish to join the event, the process is simple.


An admin or coach can edit the event and mark the member as attending. This automatically creates an unpaid payment request, which appears under the "Unpaid" section in the app. The member will also receive a notification about the pending payment.


There is no need to extend the payment deadline—once the member is marked as attending, they will still be able to complete the payment.


If a member needs to pay for an event after the payment deadline has passed, follow these steps:

  1. Open the event in the app or web platform.
  2. Find the member who attended or will attend.
  3. Mark the member as present (attending).
  4. An unpaid invoice will automatically be generated under the "Unpaid" section.
  5. The member will receive a notification about the pending payment.


There is no need to extend the payment deadline—the member can pay once they have been marked as attending.
