To add resources you need to be in the Director HQ. Once you have created the resource, you can select it when creating an event.

How to add resources:

1. A list is displayed on the left side of the screen. At the bottom of this list, you will find a tab labeled Resources.

2. Click Add in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Add Resource.

3. Complete the form that appears.

Name: How this appears in the system.

Label: How this appears in the Resources calendar (it's good to keep it as short as possible if you have many resources).

Restricted: Check this box so that only those with admin rights can book the area. However, everyone can see that the resource is booked.

Description: Enter description for resource.

Capacity: Estimate how many participants the area can accommodate.

Type: Select what applies.

Google Map Location: Google Maps location, so coaches don't have to search for it.

Edit resources:

1. Navigate to the resources section and select the resource you wish to edit by clicking the circle next to its name.

2. Then click Edit Resource.
