In Abler you get a detailed attendance reporting feature that helps coaches and team administrators manage attendance efficiently. Here's how the attendance works and instructions for generating the attendance report.
How Attendance in Abler Works
Player/Parent Attendance Marking:
Players or their parents can indicate attendance by selecting Going or Not Going for an event.
If "Not Going" is chosen, a reason can be selected (optional) :
Sick
Injured
Leave (Holiday)
Other
Coach/Admin attendance marking:

How to Access the Attendance Report
Navigate to Members in Coach HQ:
Click the arrow next to members
Select Attendance Report from the dropdown menu.
Set Criteria for the Report:
Customize your report by selecting from the following criteria:
Event Type: Choose the type of event you want to analyze (e.g., Match, General Event, Training).
Time Period: Specify the date range for the report.
Group: Focus on a specific group within the team.
Individual Players: Review attendance for specific players.
Birth Year: Filter players based on their year of birth.
Generate the Report:
Once you've set the desired criteria, generate the report to view the attendance data.
You can download the attendance report in Excel by pressing the three dots on the rigth hand side.
If a parent/player or a coach has marked Sick, Leave, Injured, or Other, they will be listed as Absent, but with a reason provided.
