Step 1

  1. Navigate to the Service overview in the left-hand navigation menu and find the service to which the member is subscribed. Select the service and this window will open (see below). 
  2. Search for the member's name in the search bar. Once found, the member's information will appear. 
  3. Click on the three-dot icon on the right-hand side of the member's box
  4. Select Remove subscription .


Step 2

Next this box will pop up, giving you tree options:

  • Removing the subscription (Week 4 in this instance).
  • Removing the member from age group.
  • Archive member invoice associated with this subscription - If you plan to refund the invoice instead of archiving it, do not select this option. In that case, return to Step 1 and select Go to invoice instead of removing it. 


Select one or more options and then select Confirm. If you select all three options, the member will no longer be associated with this age group.
