Do you have an account with Abler but can't log in and it seems like you're creating a new account? Did you perhaps create a new account with your phone number? What likely happened is that you entered your phone number and created a new account without connecting it to your children. Don't worry, we have the solution for you.
1. Press 'Log In' and enter your original email address (NOT phone number). You will then receive a 6-digit code in your e-mail inbox which you need to insert.
2. If you haven't completed your whole profile previously, you will need to fill in all the mandatory fields, such as your birth date, gender, and more, and accept the terms before continuing to the app.
3. Once that is finished you should log in to your existing account.
