Abler provides an option for Directors to create or mark their groups as private.
What happens if my group is private?
Marking your group as private allows members to keep their contact information private from other members and they don't see other members in the same group while Directors and coaches see all information about the members.
How do I create a private group?
- Select Groups in the left-hand menu, and then click Add and Add Group.
- Fill in the general information about the group.
- In Advanced, set the members visibility to hidden. Then select Create.

How do I mark an existing group as private?
- Select the circle next to the name of the group, and then click Edit Group.
- Go to Advanced and set members visibility to hidden and click Update.
