Note: This function is only available on Abler's web interface, not on the mobile app.
Upload and invite multiple players to a group using Abler's web interface. This feature allows you to invite players directly, include their guardians if needed, or just upload player information without sending invitations.
To bulk upload players:
- In Director HQ, select Groups in the left-hand menu.
- Select the group where you want to bulk upload members.
- On the Add menu, select either:
- Add many players – to manually fill out player information, or
- Add many players + Excel icon – to use an Excel template for bulk uploading.
Adding players manually
- Fill in the form with player details. You can also enter contact information for guardians if the players are too young to use Abler independently.
- If you'd like the players or their guardians to receive an invitation to create an Abler account, select the Send Invite checkbox.
- Once complete, select Add Members. Abler will then email an invite to the selected recipients with a link to create an account and set a password.
Note: If you choose not to send invitations during this process, you (or the group coach) can still send invites later by accessing the group, going to Members, and selecting Resend invite.Adding players via Excel (Recommended for large groups)
- If using Excel, download the template provided to fill out player details offline.
- Once populated, upload the completed Excel file in Abler. This will automatically populate the member list in the age group.
- After uploading, you can review and adjust any details before finalising the addition of players.
