Prepare your club for the new season by updating groups in Abler. This is a simple process—no codes or complex operations needed. Follow these steps to ensure everyone gets the correct schedule!
As the summer season ends and the new season begins, it's important to update the age ranges and the period dates for each group. This ensures:
- Accurate player grouping based on age.
- Correct attendance tracking for the new season.
To update a group:
- Go to the group you want to update. In this example, we use the U-10 group at Sportabler club.
- Edit the group details. Update the age range, for example, if the U-10 group was for players born in 2009-2010, update it to 2010-2011 for the new season. (For detailed instructions, see Creating and editing groups).
- Move the players to the next group. Filter the players by birth year (for example, 2009). Select all players born in that year and move them to the next appropriate group (for example, U-14).
